We spend six weeks looking at how your whole business actually runs. The systems. The messaging. The handovers. The places, time, and money quietly leak out. Then we hand you a blueprint—a written, structured plan that names every problem, prioritises every fix, and tells you exactly what to do next.

What you do with the plan is your call. Some clients execute it themselves. Some hand it to their team. Most ask us to stay on and build it with them—that’s The Build.

The diagnosis —the bottlenecks, ranked by severity. The cost of each one if left unaddressed.

The architecture—the future state. How the business should run. What systems, structures and communications carry it.

The plan—sequenced actions. Prioritised. Costed where relevant. Sized for execution by you, your team, or us.

Plus the two handover sessions. Plus six months of email access for follow-up questions, no extra charge.

Why six weeks? Why not faster?

Faster work skims. Six weeks is the minimum honest engagement — long enough to map, diagnose and design, short enough to keep momentum. Anything shorter is consultancy theatre.

Yes. That’s the job. We’ve turned down clients who wanted us to validate decisions they’d already made. If you want a yes-machine, this isn’t the right service.

That’s fine. The blueprint is yours. We’ve designed it to be executable by your team or another partner. Around half of Blueprint clients move into The Build with us. The other half don’t. We don’t push.

Talk to us. We’ve worked with larger SMEs. The method holds—the price scales with complexity.

The Blueprint is overkill for you right now. We can point you at the right help—usually a sharper offer, a tighter marketing system, and 12 months of focused execution before this kind of audit pays back.
